SERVICES:

1. EXPERT SUPERVISION

We specialize in expert supervision and consulting services during the planning and execution of all types of works on complex projects. We will analyze the investor’s requirements, review the project documentation and carry out work planning for the entire project so that, at the beginning of engagement on the project, actions can be organized with the aim of implementing all the planned activities in the most efficient way in accordance with the investor’s goals. During the work on the realization of the project, our goal is to coordinate the complex activities of the various project participants in an efficient manner based on the organization of regular construction meetings. Our experience is a guarantee of the successful realization of our clients’ investment projects.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Organization, planning, implementation and control of projects for all high-rise buildings and industrial plants. We organize the implementation of various investment projects from the stage of the conceptual solution, preparation of project documentation, monitoring and organization of the execution of works to the technical acceptance of the facilities and their commissioning.

3. SUPERVISION OF PROJECT FINANCING

The investor hires a supervisor to ensure that he meets the conditions for the loan, while the bank hires him to ensure the intended use of loan funds during the development of the project. The bank states in the contract and requests for project financing what it expects from the investor, as the beneficiary of financing in the construction of the facility and the supervisor who represents the main link between the bank, the investor and the contractor. By hiring a supervisor, you get a person who is trained to solve problems that may arise during the implementation of the project. They know numerous experts from different fields, with whose help they will enable you to realize your vision in the best way.

4. PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

We organize the process of creating project documentation from the conceptual solution to the contractor’s project for all high-rise buildings. We also organize and monitor the design process.
